From the Heart

My passion for helping others comes from my own experience with the deep and painful consequences of a failed life. This life was void of love, nurture and healthy relationships. This failed life lead to all kinds of addictions, fears, and cycles of failure. By the grace of God, I am now fully restored and growing into the man God created me to be.

Today, I am a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, and a Board Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach with a deep desire to help others out of their place of pain and suffering.

Dr. Sierra’s biography, in English and Spanish, can be found on the “Downloads” page.

From the Heart

I have been collaborating professionally with my father, Dr. Samuel Sierra, for several years and have personally developed within the same social-emotional, relational, and spiritual foundations I address within counseling. As a counselor I bring a passion for children and youth, a dedication to bringing child welfare issues to the public forefront, a solid academic foundation, and a variety of real-life scenarios from my professional experiences.

As a Latina professional, I value diversity and use it as a strength to empower children, youth, and families to reach their fullest potential of personal development and holistic wellness.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, sports and recreational activities, and music, all of which I try to incorporate into my therapeutic approach with children and families.
